BESPOKE SERVICE
WHAT DOES BESPOKE STAND FOR?
A bespoke design is a one-of-a-kind creation created uniquely for you, inspired by your ideas and imagination, and in consultation with Céline Marie herself. There is no limit to what your bespoke lingerie or outfit could look like as long as it fits into HERVÉ's aesthetic.
HOW IT WORKS:
• STEP 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION (free)
We will arrange an initial 15 min call or e-mail to get to know you, discuss your initial ideas and confirm whether your project is suitable for our bespoke service.
• STEP 2
DESIGN CONSULTATION & DEPOSIT
You will place an initial deposit of 150€ to confirm your commitment. This includes a 30 min video consultation to discuss your creation in more detail or help you measure yourself correctly. I will present up to 3x sketch ideas/revisions for your design alongside fabric swatches to choose from.
• STEP 3
DOWN PAYMENT & WAIT LIST
After confirming your design direction, you are required to make a down payment of 50 % to confirm your place on our wait list. We now can start drafting your pattern and start realizing your ideas.
• STEP 4
VIRTUAL FITTING
Before finalizing your garments, we will create a fit sample for you to try in the comfort and privacy of your own home or via a video call to determine any adjustments that are potentially needed.
• STEP 5
FINAL CREATION
We are now able to create your unique design and invite you to clear the remaining balance of your order which will allow us to ship your personalized lingerie to you.

Our custom service is based on the idea of taking an existing HERVÉ by Céline Marie garment or look and altering it based on your individual needs. This can include anything from:
• Changing Lace Appliqué Placement
• Swapping the Lace of a Design
• Choosing a different Color
• Altering the Coverage of a Design
• Changing Strap Placements
• and more

We are now able to create your unique design and invite you to clear the remaining balance of your order which will allow us to ship your personalized lingerie to you.

After confirming your design direction, you will receive your offer letter and are required to make the full payment to confirm your commitment. We now can start start realizing your ideas.
• STEP 3
FINAL CREATION
We are now able to create your unique design and will advise you on an estimate production time for when you will receive your items.
