DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide using a fully insured and traceable service by UPS. We are able to ship your items faster using an express shipment for a small surcharge. Please contact us before or immediately after placing your order if you require express delivery and we will provide you with a non-committal quote. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders are sent via track & trace service. If nobody is home to receive the package, your order may be returned to the carrier's local depot and instructions will be left regarding redelivery. For a delivery update, please refer to the delivery carrier's website detailed in your order confirmation (UPS.com) and enter the tracking reference provided on the dispatch confirmation email.

IMPORT DUTIES

If you are based outside of Europe, you may be charged with import duties. When your delivery reaches the country of your destination, import duties and taxes are levied and payment to the carrier is necessary to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on rates, as they vary according to the country. Please consult your local postal service for more information.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ORDER

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order via customercare@celine-marie.com. It is possible to add additional items to your order provided it has not been dispatched yet.
